Finance Controller - BFS (5-10 yrs)
- Ensuring the robustness of accounting systems, so that, Statutory, Accounting and Financial records, are maintained for the company as per Statutory norms.
- To effectively manage the Taxation Function (direct tax and indirect tax) of the company with a view to minimizing tax risks and consequent P&L impact.
- Strengthen the finance & accounts team that helps provide seamless and timely support to the business
- To be familiar with RBI guidelines and compliance on NBFC.
- Well versed and ensure compliance to Indian GAAP, IFRS, Accounting Standards and Guidelines.
- Monthly review of Balance Sheet schedule, Variance analysis of all accounts month on month and finding the gaps.
- To assist in managing the review and support of wholesale financial transactional documentation including credit, brokerage and cap markets documentation.
- Assist the team to ensure the preparation and communication of timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports.
