Experience : 7+ years

- Strong financial/ investment knowledge

- Lead a team of people responsible for maintenance of all Finance & Account related activities such as accounting, expense control, taxations, accounts payable, disbursement & collection accounting, pay roll accounting etc.

- Formulation of strategies, policies, and procedures including costing, tax, asset, budget, credit, and cash flow management for NBFC business perspective

- Directs timely and accurate preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet, standard and management reports (periodic & ad-hoc)

- Preparing details of Income Tax, GST, and other taxes

- Manage the expectations of the stakeholders through providing them monthly MIS, accounts, cash flows statements, investor reporting, and legal compliance reports

- Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors to ensure smooth audit closures

- Supporting in Loan disbursal process end to end

- Co-ordinating with various stakeholders (Business, Legal & Credit Teams) to ensure timely completion of Loan disbursal process

- Interact with Portfolio team/ Risk team and respond to their requirement in defined TAT

- Accounting on Loan provisioning & NPA in alignment with risk team / RBI guidance

- Ensure daily Collection accounting being done by the finance team in ERP

- Ensure daily reconciliation of collection booked in Business ERP & Accounting software

- Ensure daily completion of book-keeping aspects related to Income accounting

- Build controls and governance within the organization with a robust framework encompassing all departments & functions

- Monthly Financial Reporting including Consolidated Financials, Expected Credit Loss etc.

- In depth understanding of accounting standards including Indian GAAP & IFRS
