Finance Controller

The role is responsible for finance controller, financial accounting, reporting, monthly and yearly closing, account payables, taxation, compliance, cash management and audit function and to Ensure effective planning, co-ordination, design, implementation and control of accounting systems.

Desirable:

- High level of organization, Orientation towards Manufacturing Set up.

- High orientation towards SAP (ECC) & ability to lead changes & transformation wrt. FICO / COPA & other areas of financial impact.

- Expected to be proficient on Indirect Taxation and its impacts with focus on driving Commercial acumen for Controlling any financial transactions.

- Proficient in adhering to Internal Controls & Business Processes / Accounting / Understanding of Indian Gaap / Multi-Tasking & Problem solving abilities.

- Needs to have Excellent command on Excel & ability to manage large databases so as to deliver meaningful MIS for the management.

- Respect for Timeline and Prioritize tasks & execute with Accuracy.

- Team handling experience .

- Organize and manage activities of Finance including active support to Plant Ops & Finance team.

- Coordinating tasks related to Internal control and strive for continuous Process improvisation and drive financial consciousness at each activity of the company.

- Responsible for Monthly/Annual MIS to Stake holders, be it Functional Heads and Board members.
