What will you be responsible for?

- Commercial Evaluation (Business Performance Analysis & Reporting)

- Designing Business Cases and Financial Validation Notes for Products and Services (New Products and Existing Products)

- Capital Expenditure (New Projects and Expansion on Existing Investments)

- Operating Expenses where required

- Evaluation of commercial proposals from 14 OPCOs and preparing a standard validation note for proposal with recommendations.

And making recommendations of the decisions to management based on the output from the business cases and commercial considerations

Business Analysis

Developing Business Analytics for :

- Pre and Post Launch of products and Services to give insights to management for decision making

- Profitability of products and services highlighting areas of concern where price optimization is required

- Product Benchmarking for the markets in which Airtel Operates

- Capital Expenditure Analysis to give insights to the business on Capital Productivity for the Markets in which we operate.

Reporting :

- Key performance indicators across all the Functions daily basis, highlighting key concerns to them timely

- Key business drivers and their performance to the management on a monthly basis.

- Doing post launch analysis of products & identifying reasons for variances and highlighting it to management.

- Benchmarking KPIs across all the 14 OPCOs.

- To engage with OPCO teams for driving closure of activities identified to improve financial performance of the business.

- Identifying the opportunities for automation and process re-engineering.

Revenue Enhancement measures

- To increase the revenue for Airtel and monitor it by taking in inputs from the Marketing team, Sales team, Network team, etc.
