Core Responsibilities:
1. Support the program team across the organisation during all phases of the grant life cycle
2. Act as an expert for all aspects of financial management and accounting system framework
3. Engage with partner organisations and their finance and accounts team to understand their existing operating level and scope of maturing therefrom
4. Develop effectiveness in the organisation's core financial functions by leveraging systems and technology to standardize processes..
Requirements:
- Are a qualified CA with 8-10 years of extensive experience in Budget and Analytics at social sector organisations
- Are a team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Have the ability to identify risks, challenges, issues and suggest alternatives that lead to a working solution
