Based out of New Delhi, India, the Company is a venture backed Fintech in the consumer loan space. The business is funded by marquee investors from financial services sector based out of India, Singapore and USA. The core team has graduate degrees from top universities globally such as Upenn, Columbia, IIT, London Business School, etc. The management team has 40+ years of cumulative experience in finance with firms such as Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Policybazaar, Kabbage, and Lehman. The Founder of the Company was a private equity and VC investor with firms such as General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs and Everstone and was based in India and New York. The founder holds an MBA from Wharton.

Responsibilities:

- Managing capital provider relationship

- Debt reporting

- Finance

- Plans and manages the functions of the Operations efficiently across department-

- Strong analytical skills

- Operational control through planning, tracking, correcting processes/systems

- Preparing and completing action plans; driving productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

- Liasing with partners for better results and closure of books

- Provide complex analysis, diagnostics and resolution to issues.

- Retention measures

- Client Management and Strong People management Skills.

- Ensures delivery against department goals and objectives through optimal resource management.

Skills required:-

- Proficient in Excel and Tally

- Highly motivated with an immense desire to learn. Has ability to adapt and learn quickly.

- Mature and self-starter with strong communication skills

Education Qualifications : Chartered Accountant
