Finance Analyst - Investment & Technology Development Firm - CA (1-4 yrs)

Position-Analyst-CA

Location -Hyderabad, Telangana

Working Days: Monday to Friday

The experience in Must-haves, CA Attempt (only 1st and 2nd will work)

The Compliance group, which is an integral part of our global Financial Operations team is responsible for the functions mentioned below:

- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures such as the firm's Code of Ethics and policies designed to detect and prevent insider trading. 


- Assisting in regulatory filing obligations requiring complex quantitative and qualitative analysis of the firm's short position and long ownership reports, and in monitoring and implementing controls designed to ensure compliance with global rules and regulations.

- Conducting thorough analysis on the fundamental research data collected by the trading groups through their interactions with external industry experts/consultants around various market sectors to avoid potential trading while in possession of material non-public information. 


- Assist in long-term projects to maintain the firm's high standards of compliance with new and existing regulations.

WHO WERE LOOKING FOR:

- A master's degree in finance, along with six months to two years of work experience in the financial services industry, for an analyst.

- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-oriented. 


- Candidates will have keen analytical and problem-solving skills, exhibit the ability to learn quickly and meet tight deadlines, and have a high level of detail orientation. 


- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills are essential.
