Finance & Accounts Role - Plant

Qualification - CA / CMA

Job Description:

Person will be broadly responsible for looking entire plant accounts related activity for Plant.

1. Manage all accounting operations including manufacturing Spend, Inventory and support sector accounts & operations team for various analysis, MIS, etc.

2. Monitoring and reporting of conversion cost at plant and sector level

3. Monitoring inventory levels on regular intervals, along with Ageing-Slow/Non-moving-analysis and alerts

4. Monthly Accounts closure & MIS reporting.

5. Monitoring Manpower count category wise and reporting the productivity.

6. Physical verification of Inventory & PI process control.

7. Validate cost saving projects and plant level and consolidate at sector level.

8. Annual bonus calculation for workmen and help management to negotiate with the union team.

9. Functional support to HOD in various new initiatives like Cost reduction in Mfg. & supply chain, inventory reduction projects, update for senior management, etc.

10. Ensuring Internal controls, handle audits & check - COSO requirements

11. Liaison with CSR team for compliance and timely payments

12. Enhance Digital Initiatives for process improvement.
