Finance & Accounting Role

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (at plant)

Reporting to: AGM - Commercial

Qualification: CA

Job Description:

- Preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

- Tax planning and compliance, including income tax, GST, and TDS.

- Internal and external audits, and implementation of effective controls.

- Budgeting and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.

- Cash flow and fund flow management, to optimize liquidity and financial resources.

- Corporate compliance and filings, including statutory returns and regulatory requirements.

- Bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate financial records.

Qualification and Skills:

- CA with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

- Key skills required include: planning, co-ordination, financial acumen, problem solving

- Knowledge requirements: Knowledge of accounting standards and accounting principles; provisions of direct and indirect taxation; practices and trends in financial management; practices in cost management
