Finance & Admin Manager (10-15 yrs)

Requirements:-

- 10-15 years of finance management experience

- Professional Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Fin.)

The candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Work closely with the Country Head and the Management Team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance management.

Responsibilities:

1. Finance & Accounts

- Manage and Finalization of all Finance & Accounts including Banking, Treasury and Tax

- Implement robust financial processes with growth as the key driver

- Co-anchor the digital initiative for F&A.

- Consolidate corporate accounts, Income tax planning, indirect tax, GST, TDS, etc.

- Responsible for company audits, procurement and all money matters for financial controls; oversee company secretarial.

- Statutory Audit including Tax Audits and GST Audits

2. Statutory Compliance

- Responsible for Compliance and Legal matters

- Supervise and ensure that all legal & statutory compliance are being done proactively

- Responsible for Regulatory Compliance including for employee matters

3. Costing & Performance Management

- Create and present financial & tax strategy recommendations to Country Head

- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts

- Supply Chain Finance and Plant Accounting

- MIS & Analytics, timely reports, Revenue and margin optimization/management.

- Strategic management of investors; management of growth as structure change wrt volumes, value, all India reach, collections, etc.

4. Fund Management & Treasury

- Oversee cash flow, cash & working capital management, statutory audits & IFCs

- Plan & execute funds raising and due-diligence

- Manage relationships with banks. Liase with Banks & NBFC's for working capital, term loan; run processes, make financial models, check caveats in proposals

5. Admin Related

- Directly drive process controls & improvements, strategic initiatives & efficiency building

- Team & structure assessment

- HR and Admin activities including people management
