Finance & Accounts Role - Real Estate - CA (3-10 yrs)
- Should be a CA with Min. 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Accounts Field. Should have experience of handling Accounts department Independently.
- Accounting, Payment followup, Credit control, Cost Analysis & others. Handle Team.
- Knowledge of Finalization of Accounting.
- Must be interested in a long term employment. Experience in Construction or Real Estate Industry Preferred. Tally Word Excel Experience required.
- Finalization of Company Accounts
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
- Preparing Cash Flow monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Good understanding of Direct and Indirect Tax
- TDS Compliance
- Timely payment to all taxes / filling returns /compliances
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance processes and improve them by developing or implementing best practices
- Manage and coordinate tax audits
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
- Review current and deferred tax provision
- Maintaining various MIS Reports
