Finance & Accounts Role - Logistics Firm

1. Candidate should be from Import Logistics Background and experience in handling container load planning, cargo Booking in buyer portal, vessel planning, secure containers, manage dispatches and transport coordination.

2. Good in logistics planning (Time and Action) and understand the process flow.

3. Generating Sales Order ensuring all system-related processes are followed and updated to ensure smooth process flow including hands on experience in MS Excel

4. Independently Coordinate with Nominated Freight Forwarder of Buyers or Buying office on regular basis (daily) through email and collect the requirement related Cargo Booking, securing Vessel Planning and ensure timely movement of goods from Factory to port or consolidation points.

5. Should be able to handle buyer logistics individually and ensuring on time vessel planning and dispatches.

6. Giving monthly planning every week of container stuffing and LCL Cargo dispatched to production team, quality team and warehouse team and ensure port cut-off is met to ship on the planned vessel

7. Coordination with shipping and documentation department for shipping the export Cargo.

8. Ensure logistic packaging formalities are followed up as per buyer SOP.

9. Should have passion towards understanding Buyer Logistics SOP

10. Must have the ability to set SOP and escalate issues to Export Business Manager of exceptions and seek timely resolution

11. Working experience with suppliers who ship directly to North American Retailers like Walmart, Sams, Target would be an added advantage.

12. Should have the ability to interact with cross-functional Teams within and outside the organization.

Finance:-

1. Must have exposure to work with Finance matters, GST, TDS, AR,AP, Reco etc

2. Making sales report, purchase reports and payment reports etc

3. Working on the huge database is a must.

4. candidate should have finance analysis skills.
