Finance & Accounts Operations Role - BPO/KPO - CA/ICWA

We have an urgent opportunity with one of the largest BPO/ KPO

Post Graduate in commerce/Finance, CA/CWA

- Strong Domain knowledge with End to End F&A experience

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

- Management experience required; working through Team Leads; having a span of control of a more than 100 people

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be effective with management, team members and client

- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure

- Ability to prioritise and schedule workload;

- Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement

- Responsibility, accuracy

- Manage large, multiple and diverse functional high-performing teams (>100 FTE)

- Collaborate and partner with client to achieve strategic goals through innovative, state-of-the-art and efficient solutions

- Lead client interactions on behalf of the business unit and facilitate operating units- alignment to committed service standards
