Position Summary

- To co-ordinate all activities of the Finance function, including maintenance and finalization of accounts, project management, capital expenditure tracking and running of the unit from a finance & accounts prospective.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in multinational or reputed Indian business house/company with interface to foreign partners. Big 4 experience will be given a preference is mandatory.

- Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Should have strong Commercial Knowledge and sound Accounting Knowledge

- Must have the basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows) and should be strong in MS Excel

- Should possess group competencies like planning and organizing, analysis and problem solving, communicate with others, manage relationships and diversity and learning and self-development

- Should possess very good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Should have strong negotiation skills

- Should have strong analytical skills

Required language skills – English and Hindi

- Should be high on integrity.

- Should be aggressive and passion driven individual.

Primary Accountabilities

- Capital Expenditure Tracking and Management

- Planning and Budgeting & MIS.

- Bank reconciliations

- Management Reporting

- Monthly accrual processing

- Preparing monthly closing schedules.
