Finance & Accounting Training Lead
- Person should have F&A knowledge (AP / R2R)
- Own Overall content and Training Delivery end to end
- Drive knowledge management pillars for the accounts
- Ensure Training is compliant on policies as agreed with Operations and customers.
- The role exposes the individual to the work directly with Operations/Business, provides an opportunity to build deep expertise, while honing consulting and knowledge management and people leadership skills.
- 3 - 5 years experience in the BPM/ Service Industry, with minimum of two years in a Training, Learning & Development role
- Post Secondary education : HR / L&D management Certificate or degree/diploma will be an asset
What are the key initiatives and challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years :
a) Creating a L&D blue-print for the COE. Strategizing and building the L&D team.
b) Work with the Organization to launch and establish a world class knowledge management system.
c) Support the businesses to build talent and upskill resources on domain and industry.
