Filtrex Technologies - Manager - Plant Quality

Educational Qualifications:

BE / M Tech. / - Mechanical or Chemical, MSc

Sr level Experience :

Min 15 years of experience in Filtration / Pharma Industries.

Summary :

This position is responsible to establish :

- Structured Quality Organization, Serial Product Quality Improvement, compliance to all customer specific requirements to enhance customer satisfaction & Synergies to develop Quality Culture Overall Plant Level

Responsibilities :

- Support VP & GM for Establishing and sharing strategic direction for quality improvements

- Responsible for Quality KPI (Customer claim & DPPM, Internal rejection, Supplier Quality) in accordance with local and corporate goals, objectives and policies.

- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level such as TQM, Six-sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc and latest developments in the field

- Liaison with industry specific regulatory and governing bodies such as NSF, FDA, WQA, NABL etc for product validation and certification

- Ensure fast and effective countermeasures implemented by quality, production and other departments based on the feedback Voice of Customer and warranty feedback.

- Support new product development to launch in structured way as per APQP guidelines

- Lead, and coach Quality Team to resolve quality issues

- Support to deliver product on time with quality and drive to improve quality continuously to satisfy customer expectation.

- Ensures effectiveness of the quality management system through process & product audit

- Manage, plan and lead the execution of the Quality Plans

- Review, capture and apply the Customer Specific Requirements during the new product development process.

- Support the escalation management of the Current Product Quality issues.

- Manage Cost and People for Quality Function

- Product specific requirements NSF, WQA
