FIITJEE - Chief Financial Officer

CFO - Delhi

1. Should have 12- 15 years of post qualification experience.

2. Must possess expertise in Business Planning & Strategy

3. Spearhead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process

4. Utilize analytical capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options

5. Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner

6. Prepare Business cases for new initiatives and tracking of actual & planned

7. Review actual costs and other analysis & budget / plan. Calculate variances from monthly forecast.

8. Prepare capital and noncapital actual trend report by segment monthly; compare to forecast/ budget.

9. Calculate annual variances from prior forecasts/ budgets (capital committee approved and Steering Committee approved forecasts).

10. Investigate variances and explain or fix the same.

11. Corporate Reporting

12. Proactively work with Controllers team in closing month/year end financial processes, audits etc.

Desired Profile:

1. CA with Full time MBA (Finance) from school of repute.

2. Proven experience in Leading an Accounts & Finance Dept. in a large corporate with minimum 100 - 200 cr turnover.
