1. Business expansion In US: a) Incorporating entities in the most appropriate and optimum manner within the jurisdiction as prevalent USA. b) Ensuring timely compliance of the entities already incorporated in USA including but not limited to filing of Corporate tax and applicable returns and ensuring compliance under US Tax Regulations and other applicable Laws. c) Engaging consultants in US and in India for US entities and subsequent coordination with them d) Setting up of bank accounts and coordination with Banks for entities incorporated in US e) Looking for best investment options in US and make investments of surplus funds in bank account of US entities f) Compliance with applicable US Laws and Regulations for Payroll, as and when applicable g) Finalisation of financial statements of US entities and ensuring book-keeping, accounting and audit of entities incorporated in US. 2. Undertaking activities in relation to investment in Schools in USA and India 3. Any activities/transactions related to Promoter and directors.
