FIITJEE - Business Analyst - Financial Plan/Analytics (5-12 yrs)
Job Description
1. Making Business Plans, Long range financial plans for new ventures, projects & initiation
2. Assisting the Group CFO in evaluation of various business propositions and regular business analytics
3. Recording minutes of meeting and following up various people for the action regularly.
4. Create documents and PowerPoint presentations
5. Provide a wide variety of support which may include research and data analysis tasks, preparation of reports and recommendations, and coordination between departments and outside parties.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; analytical abilities in order to gather, organize, summarize and report information; and strict attention to detail in creating communications and presentations.
7. Work closely with other HODs & business heads on issues/projects of a highly confidential nature, maintain strict confidentiality.
8. Special assignments (special time bound tasks with corporate team related to Policy matters, engagements with internal and external stakeholders etc).Plan Vs Actual, milestones achievement
Desired Profile
1. Candidate must have good communication skills and exceptional spoken English.
2. Candidate must have excellent command over MS Excel and Data Base Management
3. Candidate must have skill set to coordinate with people situated at multiple locations and gather required/relevant data on time and capture the same in order to have desired business output.
4. Candidate must have an eye for detail of competition & overall industry and skill set to analyse trends and business forecasting.
