Job Description :
Define & drive all Sales & Marketing activities for Fieldking brand in Indian and Nepal Market
KRAs
- Define & execute marketing and sales strategy in line with organization- s objectives with both top line and bottom line growth
- Identify, appoint, develop and manage strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper distribution across the country
- Identify, appoint, develop and manage a team of capable and motivated sales and marketing professionals across the company
- Managing customer-centric operations & ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Lead market research to position existing products and envisage future business opportunities
- Conduct thorough consumer research, identify promotional avenues and evolving points of sale
- Develop pricing strategy & product mix with clear understanding of company, consumer and competition
- Lead brand building, visibility and recall initiatives for Fieldking brand across territory through effective ATL/BTL activities
- Identify and drive new revenue streams such as parts, new products etc
- Evaluate marketing budget deployment periodically and ensure adherence to planned initiatives and expenses
- Developing customer satisfaction programs, managing key account service strategy as well as conducting customer satisfaction measurement & feedback analysis
Candidate profile:

Industry - Auto/Agri Equipment Sector
1.- A courageous and exceptional leader who- s adept at Channel Sales, Channel management & Team Management
2.- Should have at least 10 years or more of hands on experience in aforesaid KRAs
3.- Passionate about rural sales and distribution & consumer research
Education Qualification - Preferably M.B.A (Marketing) & B.Tech (Agri Engg./ Mechanical/Industrial/ Automobile Engg.) from Tier 1 or above, colleges
