Business Development for the Region:
- Responsible for the execution of the regional level plans and activation's for the region
- To ensure all necessary support to the region in order to ensure the Top Line achievement of the region
- Responsible for execution of all national level campaigns and activation programs
- Identify the regional level opportunities and build and support the business plan for all regions and channels
- Development of the business in Modern trade channel by activating various category and customers throughout the year
- Execution of all consumer promotions planned in MT channel for the region
- Liasoning with the sales team of the region and ensure smooth execution and delivery of the top line for the region
- Development of the marketing calendar of the region and ensure execution by the time lines
- Special focus to drive all the new launches for the region as per the laid down Go To Market
- Ensure all merchandising for the region at the point of sale across all channels
- Sampling Ensure proper sampling of new launches to build consumer trials across all channels
- DFA Management
- Ensure monthly meetings with the DFA of the region
- Coordinate with the HO trade marketing team and ensure proper training and development of the DFAs of the region
- Ensure DFA targets are set at the beginning of the month and then track the sales achievement of the DFA
- Vendor Management
- Ensure best of the vendors are working for the regional level activation's
- Ensure proper PO are raised for the vendors and proper payments towards the vendors is done on time
- Ensure all Audit requirements are met as per the process laid down in getting the vendor finalized
- Assets and POSM Management
- To keep a complete track of all the company assets and proper maintenance and their management
- Execution of all the POSM which is made for the implementation in the retail market
