Market Hygiene
- Maintain physical presence in the area to engage with lchannel Partners(DB)
- Embed DM Sales process & system in the market
- Lead forecasting process for territory
- Driving productivity in Key outlets;
- Lead the DMS and SFA Governance agenda.
- Formulate inputs/scheme, post evaluation and analysis of Competition scheme.
- Ensure implementation of trade & consumer promotions and merchandising .
- Hygiene Check of distributor Claims.
