Responsibilities :

1. Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned

2. Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner

3. Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel

4. Develop, influence, and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates

5. Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers.

6. Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities

7. Focus on networking methods to reach potential candidates through LinkedIn, Industry leads, key contacts, portals, etc.

8. Experience in handling offer negotiation with the candidates

9. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the mission to deliver the highest quality results for the company

10. Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders

Desired Skill and Experience :

1. At least 3 years of relevant Tech and Non-Tech hiring experience

2. Confident and motivated with strong communication skills

3. Attention to detail with exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills

4. Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box

He is a born entrepreneur and started his own company called Param Health Foods in 2006 when he was still completing his final year of mechanical engineering at VIT.
