Roles & Responsibilities

- Field Sales Manager will be primarily working with customers in planning their financial goals as well as helping them to achieve it.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

- Make Sales visits & calls to potential and/or existing customers.

- Extensive travel required.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

- 2-5 years of retail/consumer sales experience, preferably, financial products.

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Good Team player.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Comfortable in Fast changing business environment and requirements.
