We are looking for a Field Collections Manager with a leading Financial sector. - To monitor and optimize collection techniques to help reduce risk and loss for retail and corporate portfolio. - To manage compromised and restructured cases to minimize credit losses and work closely with outsource agents for best repossession success and maximize loss recovery from written-off cases. - To insure internal collection rules, local regulations are implemented for retail and corporate loans as well as leases collection activities. - Manage day to day relationship with collections agencies, legal firm, repossession agencies and other outsourcing partners. - Provide ongoing training and guidance to collection team members in the field as well as collection and repossession agencies. - Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. - Maintains up-to-date customer contact information in the collections systems. - Escalates and assists other team members with calls as needed. - Support and lead external team field members and agencies to follow up delinquent retail and corporate customers in order to minimize non-performing loan including restructuring activities for customers with temporary cash flow difficulties. - Monitor and assign accounts to field agents and agencies to follow up delinquent customers and to repossess the vehicle for serious overdue account. - Manage all outsourced vendor partner activities to include: outsourced agent performance, legal firms, and repossession agencies. - To support recovery of accounts after write-off through settlements, repossessions or litigation. Experience : - 10 years finance and banking industry experience. (5+ years collections and collection management experience) - Education : MBA or Master's Degree in Finance
