The Purpose of This Role
Are you a recruiter who is inherently passionate about finding outstanding talent? If you are then this may be the role for you. This role will be responsible for hiring the next generation of leaders into Fidelity. You will own the hiring strategy for these roles, run strategic projects to explore, improve and innovate on the next gen of hiring solutions and consultatively help hiring managers find & hire great talent

Skills that are Key to this role
IT hiring [Architects, Technical Managers across various technologies]
Leadership hiring experience preferred
Experience with leading staffing ramp efforts across technology areas
Hands-on experience with Recruitment tools

The Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in fulfilling Fidelity India's talent strategy by recruiting high-caliber talent. The team caters to the talent needs of all the organization's business Units - Technology Services (IT), Enterprise Delivery and Solutions, Business Analytics and Research, and all of the Support functions at Fidelity India.

Bachelors / Equivalent Degree
Masters in HR (preferred)
