Job Description : - We are looking for a customer-service focused Oracle EBS Business Analyst with deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications and technical/query familiarity with the underlying database tables. You will partner closely with your business users and be responsible for providing day-to-day support, collaborating with your IT team to build cross-functional capabilities, representing your users in IT and leveraging your skills to deliver innovative and practical solutions to business challenges, large and small. Our team goal is to provide the same level of world-class, enterprise-level solutions to our internal customers that FICO delivers to our external customers.- - Hiring Manager Job Responsibilities : - Provide day-to-day support and incident resolution for business users accessing Oracle EBS Applications - Partner closely with business users to understand business functions and challenges and, where possible, offer solutions leveraging standard Oracle functionality - Design innovative and practical solutions to challenges that cannot be tackled using standard Oracle functionality.&nbsp; - Support those designs with thorough and understandable documentation, including high-level test plans to be executed prior to deployment. - Collaborate with IT EBS BA team to build cross-functional capabilities and share the load on larger initiatives - Contribute content to expand our internal EBS Knowledge Base. Qualifications : - 2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Applications with an emphasis on functional knowledge in GL, AP, FA, ebTax and Purchasing - Experience in other Oracle EBS Applications would be a plus - Experience in a corporate accounting role would be an additional plus - Technical/query-capable familiarity with the tables underlying the Oracle EBS Applications - Experience in designing and documenting custom functional solutions for Finance business challenges - Experience in creating basic SQL select statements - Ability to partner with business and technical resources and act as the liaison between those groups, often advocating for your business partners - Ability and desire to approach challenges creatively and willingness to explore and learn new tools and capabilities - The role requires working in US shift timing
