Position - Social Selling Specialist (Social media Marketing Specialist)
Roles & Responsibilities -
Be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the major platforms globally - Facebook, Amazon, Google, Tiktok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
- Outstanding understanding of both organic and paid marketing
- Manage multiple D2C brands. Strategy building and implementation for digital marketing of various D2C brands in the Fashion and lifestyle category
- Generate D2C brand sales through these social channels
- Build creative campaigns for new brand/product launches, sales and special offers.
- Collect and report digital analytics using tools such as Social bakers, Iconosquare etc.
- Execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Be highly analytical with attention to executing at the lowest level of detail.
- Identify and lead implementation and guide relationships with affiliates and partners that can improve digital performance.
- Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
- Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
- The ability to demonstrate a successful experience managing social media strategy and execution for multiple brands
- Vendor, freelance, graphic, campaign manager liaisons - Any operational liaisons that need to be done with these personnel needs to be cordial, to get work done.
Basic Requirements :
- Graduation / Post Graduation from a reputable college
- Good knowledge of Ecommerce Industry
- Should be excellent in MS-Excel, Word & Power Point
Skills :
- Minimum 3 years of experience of relevant experience.
- Should have bachelors degree
- Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion. Familiar with trends, styles, themes, designers (global and national).
- Copy writing/editing skills are required.
- Proficiency with various social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter
- A strong understanding for content and social media
- Fashion and lifestyle sense is modern, trendy and classy.
- Should have excellent time management and planning skills and have the ability to adhere to strict schedules and deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box.
- BONUS if there is experience and comfort with shooting and editing video content.
- Have in-depth knowledge of and experience in implementing online and social media marketing best practices and possess exceptional skills in advocating to various internal and external audiences.
