Position - eCommerce Merchandiser/Fashion Merchandiser

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a sourcing merchandiser who is an expert in critical path management, and passionate about product, details and brand building in the Fashion and Lifestyle industry. You will be responsible for :

- Product development and production merchandising of new and existing product categories, pricing and negotiations, and ensuring the brand achieves the highest international standards.

- Working closely with Design team on daily approval of design submissions, collaborating with designer on Product upliftment.

- Working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams on photoshoots, launch calendars and inventory flows.

- Maintaining and managing all the working records, files, excels, charts and stock of materials.

- Working closely with Digital Marketing teams and agencies Managing all dispatches and customer queries.

- Guide the Brands from design till delivery to ensure product is as per expectation

- Monitoring traffic, customer profile and working with sell side team to ensure we acquire and grow the relevant TG

- Constantly evaluate the store front, communication and imagery to ensure its relevant and exciting for the targeted TG

- The role requires to have experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment and also requires to have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.

- The goal is to increase sale and profitability of the assigned business to drive sustainable growth

- You must anticipate customer needs and incorporate the same in the road map for the assigned brands

- This is a high-impact role and needs a candidate with a self-starter mindset, creative problem solving and proven data analysis skills

- Demonstrated passion and knowledge for product fabrics, construction, design and costings.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

- Proven ability to be self-motivated and work independently. Preference for candidates with experience in premium/luxury brands and a strong eye for detail.

Basic Requirements :

- Graduation / Post Graduation from a reputable college (Fashion & Apparels)

- Good knowledge of Textiles & Apparel Development

- Good knowledge of Apparel Costing

- Know-how of the ecommerce industry

- Fluent English communication
