PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales & Collection target allocation to Account Managers & regular monitoring of Ad sales revenue achievements
- Ensure timely closure of deals along with team
- Handling a team of Account Managers & monitoring team's clients
- Managing agency relationships:
1. Identifying agencies
2. Maintaining healthy client relationship
- Interacting with corporate/retail clients:
1. Creating briefs according to clients needs
2. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs
- Coordinating and integrating with the Programming & Creative Solutions team for timely development of creatives
- New Business Development for business expansion
- Continuous Performance Evaluation, Training & motivation of team
