Job Description : - Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures - Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance - Zero Base budgeting, monthly and quarterly Forecasting, Long term business Plan - Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis - Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports - Preparing various Dashboard as per management requirement - Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI - Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives - Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes - Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan - Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis - Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team - Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team Qualifications and attributes : - CA / MBA with analytical bent of mind - 5+ years of experience, mainly into Financial Planning and Analysis - Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. - Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated - Ability to take stretch Immediate joiners preferred
