Fertilizer Trader (4-10 yrs)
- Responsible for developing the business strategy through daily market analysis and discussions with management
- Working with the finance and risk management function to set quarterly and annual budgets as well as risk management limits
- Establishing and managing supply and sales relationships as well as servicing existing customer pool in India
- Identifying new business opportunities and maximizing existing margins through market analysis, local demand and new technologies / products and implementing these opportunities
- Actively optimise inventory and manage working capital requirements.
- Working with the trade finance desk to ensure that cashflow requirements are flagged in advance
- Working in close collaboration with the shipping and operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain experience for our clients
