Ferns n petals are looking for a data-savvy, CRM leader with a growth hacker mentality and love for products to help us truly scale our customer retention efforts. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve the returning customer cohort by spearheading the strategy and execution of retention Marketing
- Analyze campaign and creative performance for continuous improvement in engagement with Marketing communication.
- Own calendar, segmentation, customer contact frequency and overall best practices for all CRM Programs
- Use data, customer insights, feedback, journey mapping and customer-centric thinking to
- Deeply understand the customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at Every stage
- Conceive, design and deploy hyper personalized marketing programs.
