Ferns Estates - Manager - Legal

- Attend Court Cases including representing the Company.

- Good knowledge of Litigations. Handling external Counsels including Drafting as and when required.

- Good understanding and knowledge of Liaisoning Works with Local Govt. Authorities such as BDA, BBMP, BMRDA, BIAAPA, ETC.

- Fair knowledge of title scrutiny

- Other related works as assigned from time to time.

Requirement :

- Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel.

- Preference will be given to those with prior working experience in Real Estate.

- Should be able to read and write Kannada.
