Role Description
1. Digital, Communications, Marketing and Analytics
- Design, build and Manage social media presence
- Manage content and design of website, optimize, and update regularly
- Create and manage newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, databases, subscribers as required
- Leverage paid search (PPC), organic search (SEO), remarketing, increasing backlinks, etc.
- Utilize Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of our website traffic and determine ways in which to create greater levels of engagement with our audiences.
- Measure, report and grow performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KP)
- Mange press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events
- Create and manage offline material and merchandise
- Monitor, report and grow online donations with digital marketing
- Lead a team of graphic designer and content writer
2. Campaign Management, Brand Awareness and Events
- Develop and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with other teams using content, pictures and videos.
- Create and Manage digital fundraising campaigns in collaboration with other teams
- Create and manage national and regional events and execute in partnership with external vendors and partners
- Ideate, brainstorm on creating differentiated concepts to position organization uniquely across different platforms.
Requirements
- Graduation, post graduation degree or professional qualification from a reputed institution
- Inclination to work with stakeholders for project success
- Above average writing skills
- Above average communication skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
- Inclination for working for a cause to change lives is a plus
Salary Offered : 7.2-8.4 LPA
