Senior role in leading and guiding advisory mandates, thought leadership and team mentorship.  REPORTING TO: CEO  LOCATION: Gurgaon  RESPONSIBILITIES  - The Infra Advisory division undertakes work with both private and government sector clients across real estate, transportation (metro, rail, airport, maritime, waterways, terminals), social infra (education, healthcare, urban municipal infra, tourism and hospitality) and transaction projects. The Sr. Consultant/Associate Director will work across sectors.  The role will include:   - Engagement planning - time lines, deliverables, team management, etc.  - Project management and monitoring   - Analysis-driven recommendations  - Client interaction on an ongoing basis  - Oversight and Ownership - Presentations, Reports, Models, etc., as per high quality standards   - Generate business leads / Proactive Business Development  - Team mentoring and management  DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE  - The typical profile we consider for these positions would be 5+ years of experience of similar consulting roles, preferably in relevant sectors.
