Feedback Infra - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Investment Banking (2-4 yrs)

- Reporting to: Head - Transactions

- Education: MBA/Masters preferably in Finance

- Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for deal sourcing, execution and closure of transaction across a variety of Infrastructure and Real Estate segments in India and abroad. Projects would be spread across Energy, Transportation, Urban Infra, Residential, Commercial, IT Park and SEZs, Retail/Shopping Centres, Hospitality, Education, etc.

The key role highlights are:

- Business Development and Execution - putting together Engagement Letters with the clients, preparation of transaction documents such as Information Memorandums and Financial Models, marketing of transaction to investors, identification of partners for the client and negotiations

- Keep seniors apprised of transaction opportunities and the market trends

- Extensive networking focusing on investment community, both global and domestic Institutional Capital on one hand and Promoters, Developers and Corporates on the other

- Provide technical inputs, analysis, conceptualize solutions, transaction documents and presentations to clients

- Identify early deal breakers in the transaction and provide innovative solutions

- Negotiate on behalf of clients and successfully close transaction

- Provide inputs for Capital Markets business plan and future direction of the Capital Markets practice

- Evaluate economic and legal risks to the firm arising out of engagements. Consult and adopt suitable risk management practices

- Keep abreast of new developments in the business and regulatory environment, and disseminate among the team

- Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA/Masters preferably in Finance

2-4 years of relevant Investment Banking or Private Equity / Investment / Business Development experience preferably in the Infrastructure and/or Real Estate domain such as with an Investment Bank, IPC, Developer (BD/ Investment Role), M&A / Corporate Finance teams in a large corporate, etc.

The candidate must be proficient at making presentations and at excel modeling
