Fedex Securities - Assistant Manager - Valuation/Mergers & Acquisitions - CA/CFA (0-3 yrs)
Looking for a CA or CFA with 0-3 year of experience -Mumbai Location
The candidate will be part of the Valuation and M&A team. The role expectations shall be as follows:
- Independently execute valuation engagements using income and market approach
- Analyze business plan of valuation subjects to identify information gaps
- Assist project lead in finalizing information request lists and question list
- Structure and write majority sections of valuation reports and memos, including business overview, industry overview and valuation sections
- Build business valuation model
- Review the work of/guide team members
- Command over financial statements and financial ratios
- Understanding of corporate finance principles and valuation techniques
- Market study and research on targets, including benchmarking, recent transactions and market valuations
- Preparation of pitch presentations and information memorandum
- Assist the M&A team in financial due diligence
- Strong business writing skills
- Understanding of capital markets
- Knowledge of relevant respective local GAAP or IFRS standards
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
