Federate Health Solutions - We are a health-tech start-up with a mission to empower the independent healthcare provider with the right set of technology tools and digital services to allow them to transform their clinical practice and take advantage of this current health-tech disruption.

These tools and services are delivered through a robust SaaS platform that enables the clinic stay connected with patients, and other health ecosystem entities.

We are bootstrapped, have recently launched our MVP and are currently on-boarding our first few clinics. We already have achieved good product-market fitment and GTM and are expecting our seed funding event in the next 3-4 months.

Position :

Federate Health - Tech Co-founder/ CTO

This is a pure equity role till funding event. Post upcoming funding, there will be a cash component to the role as well. The position is very hands-on and the role will have complete engineering ownership and responsibility to build the team as the business grows. Please apply accordingly.

Requirements :

- Proven working experience as a technical architect and/ or senior full-stack developer in various responsive web application projects with full lifecycle experience.

- Sound understanding of code design architecture required to build/ support scalable, high performance SaaS platforms

- Good understanding of asynchronous programming, call-back, and closures

- Attention to detail and someone who takes pride in developing beautiful web applications

- Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills

- Experience in start-ups preferred

- Excellent internal and external communication skills

- Ability to join asap

Key responsibilities:

- Establish and follow best practices, including coding standards and technical task management

- Develop user interface components and implement them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and integrating them with backend APIs, developed in Node.js

- Design, develop, and maintain Entity Framework and PostgreSQL database schemas and scripts, including views, triggers and stored procedures.

- Ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

- Optimization of IT infrastructure, DevOps, Tech Stack. Manage deployment on AWS.

- Intermediate awareness of web and data security
