Role purpose: Handling location volumes & ensuring profitability
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Responsible for sales( disbursement ) for the location
- Location business volumes; Logins/sanctions disbursement
- Team recruitment & retention
- Cross sell to existing customers
- Soft collection
- Liaison with bank credit team for smoother TAT
- BTL activation
- Team Management / training
- Team Productivity
- Responsible for third party product penetration
- Responsible for developer and DMA relations
Key performance indicators :
- Disbursement budgets
- Productivity & Origination quality norms
- Insurance cross sell & file docket quality norms
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Experience; 7 to 15 Yrs
- Graduate/Post graduate
- Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening skills and verbal communication
Must have technical/Professional Qualifications: Optional
