Job Title: HR Specialist

EXP Required : 1yr to 4yr

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

Interviewing and Selection:

- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.

- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies, processes, and best practices.

Candidate Management:

- Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback as necessary.

Onboarding and Orientation:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to key team members.

Recruitment Marketing:

- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.

- Promote the employer brand through online and offline channels.

Continuous Improvement:

- Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes and procedures.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the BPO or similar industry.

- Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
