Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in managing the development and delivery of mobile and web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Track project status, identify delays, and communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly.

- Document all project updates, decisions, and changes to maintain a clear project history.

Team Coordination:

- Collaborate with senior/junior front-end, back-end, QA engineers, and design teams to establish timelines, delegate tasks, and follow up on progress.

- Facilitate communication between development teams and other departments (e. , marketing, operations, sales, finance) to ensure alignment and resolve any cross-functional issues.

Agile & Waterfall Methodology:

- Drive sprints and manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting as needed based on project requirements.

- Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in processes.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with business stakeholders, including founders and department heads.

- Negotiate timelines, priorities, and project scope with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Prioritization & Problem-Solving:

- Prioritize projects based on business needs, resource availability, and project timelines.

- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that high-priority projects are delivered on time without compromising quality.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred):

- Basic understanding of technology and programming languages to facilitate more effective communication with developers and to negotiate realistic timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in project management within the IT industry, specifically in shipping mobile and web applications.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex project documentation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Familiarity with the latest project management tools (e, Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus.

- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

- Experience with software development or technical background to better understand project requirements and challenges.

- Certification in Project Management (e. , PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus
