Every day will be filled with exciting new challenges, developing new skills, and achieving personal growth, You will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to contribute to product strategy, roadmap execution, and the overall success of the fintech offerings.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- Conducting research and working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to ensure the product meets the needs of its users

- Tracking and analyzing key metrics to measure the success of the product, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance

- Creating product documentation, presentations, and demos to communicate the product's value to stakeholders.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.

- Help prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market data, and business objectives.

- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

- Help manage the product backlog using agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.

- Assist with product launches and go-to-market strategies.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions around product strategy and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant filed, such as business, finance, computer science, or a related discipline.

- 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in the fintech industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using Jira or other agile project management tools.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies and the product development lifecycle.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with data analytics, UX/UI design principles, and agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of fintech technologies and platforms, such as payment systems, data analytics, AI/ML is desirable.

- Passion for technology and a desire to learn about product management
