- Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risk. Monitor and report on the company's financial risk exposure.
- Team Management: Manage a team of finance professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support. Develop and implement training programs to ensure the team has the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
