About the job:

- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

- Run Facebook, Google, Programmatic marketing campaigns

- Meet ROI and CAC requirements.

- Planning marketing campaigns, including Email/SMS, Social Media, SEM, display advertising, affiliate marketing & media/PR relations

- Drive customer activation, engagement and retention through marketing strategies

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

What are we looking for?

- BS/MS/MBA degree in marketing or a related field from premier institutes

- Proven working experience in marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, Marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics, AdWords, DART etc. )

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Competency :

- Experience in executing online customer acquisition campaigns at a large scale.

- Excellent working knowledge of ad platforms like Meta, Google Adwords, Display, Youtube, Facebook, ad networks, etc including how to set up campaigns from scratch or modify existing ones

- In-depth understanding of the online marketing landscape to plan and execute strategies in affiliate marketing, search & display marketing, social media, and others.

- Knowledge of leading technology tools used for various marketing campaigns.

- Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets as well as delivery portfolio

- Market intelligence around best practices & current trends.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in close coordination with senior management on critical time-sensitive business initiatives.
