Customer Relationship management :

- Forecasting of Market, segment, customer projects & identify business potential

- Project cost evaluation, Project calculations, Cost enquirers,

- Preparation of business cases and seek approvals

- Negotiations, contracting and follow up for nominations

- Timely update of prices due to various factors

- Prepare project timelines with internal and external stakeholders

- Set up review and escalation meetings without fear of hierarchy

- Project contracting with internal matrix organization for each project

- Maintain project budget and delivery dates, Follow up projects with regular internal and external reviews

- Project reporting at review gremiums and seek milestone approvals as per defined process

- Billing and receivables

- Change management B. E./B.Tech./ Mechanical/Production engineering/ Automobile / E&E + MBA Marketing / Sales

- 1 - 3 years as per JMP program

- Self-motivated and result seeking professional

- Good analytical skills, commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

- Able to think and quickly respond in critical situations,

- Experience in project planning and risk management,

- Enjoy working in cross functional team,

- Perform under challenging budgets and timelines,

- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
