Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. 5. Formulate new HR policies and maintain existing ones. 6. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. 7. Identify training needs for teams and individuals. 8. Evaluate training programs. 9. Suggest and implement new HR strategies. Requirements: 1. Proven 3-6 years of work experience as an HR business partner. 2. Excellent people management skills. 3. Analytical and goal oriented. 4. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics. 5.
