Job Description

As the Product Manager - AI you will:

- Own the lifecycle of AI products.

- Manage the planning, development, launch, and success of products/solutions powered by the AI technologies at Fasal.

- Align internal teams to create, launch, and maintain AI-powered products/solutions in the market.

- Engage closely with the Product Development team to determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.

- Collaborate with the AI team and other internal and external stakeholders to gather the training data.

- Design User Centric Solutions that align with the strategic and business objectives of the company

- Serve as the bridge between business needs and a technically oriented AI team.

- Synthesise and drive product strategy from interactions with customers and business stakeholders.

- Help in the development and management of an actionable product roadmap.

Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

- Relevant experience in end to end Product Management, with at least 1 year of experience in AI Product Management.

- Hands-on experience in areas like programming (SQL, python), business analytics and training machine learning/deep learning algorithms to succeed without having to rely heavily on their peers.

- Strong understanding of AI product development and lifecycle along with software development lifecycle.

- Experience in data warehousing, code versioning tools (git, bitbucket), agile project management tools (Jira), BI tools (Quicksight, Tableau).

- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong UX, technical, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Flexible, self-motivated, dedicated, and hard-working.

- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment.

- Experience in weather forecasting, remote sensing and/or crop modeling will be an added advantage.
