- Working closely with the founders to effectively devise and drive strategies in line with the vision and mission of the organization to the assigned verticals and projects that would evolve from time to time - Provide strategic support to prioritize time sensitive tasks and create a seamless liaison with the leadership at the organization to drive defined objectives and key result areas - Implement constant research methodologies to track market level innovations - Understand issues and blockers, structure the problem and provide actionable solutions supported by data analytics - Build and drive report management and provide decision support through business metrics - Assist, communicate and collaborate with leadership team in decision management, program management and initiatives management - Assist and evolve processes and practices as per the expanding scale of the organization - Assess, manage and revisit the strategic objectives keeping in view the dynamic nature of the business vision and the bandwidth functionalities of the founders office Skills & experience : Management Degree : - 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in a dynamic start up environment or strategic consulting - Understanding of overall business strategies and implications of policies, decisions, and program - implementation - Understanding of the sector will be an added advantage - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Exceptional Management skills - Eye for detail - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently - Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
