Fasal - Assistant Manager - Company Secretary - LLB (4-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling of all ROC compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Acts as the custodian of corporate records, statutory books and registers
- Drafting of agenda, notices, minutes for the board, general meetings, and organizing the said meetings
- Compliances and liaising with the MCA, ROC, RBI, FEMA and other statutory authorities
- Preparing annual reports and returns of the organization
- E filing of various forms
- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and end to end management of legal documents, agreements and contracts with vendors, customers, etc
- Manages the Secretarial/Compliance Audit
- Takes proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all activity
- Finance-related work and other statutory-related work
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified Company Secretary with 6+ years of experience with the above responsibilities; LLB would be an added advantage
- Exposure to an in-house Company Secretarial department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
